The Rules of Work—this is a definitive guide to the do’s and don'ts in the workplace giving the learner the principles they need to be aware of which are not mentioned in the staff handbook.
Interview Skills— Learners will learn how to approach an employer with confidence, ask the right questions and understand the interview process
