Lennox Thomas - Director

Lennox Thomas has in-depth knowledge of the issues facing organisations within the welfare to work sector having been involved in the employment and welfare to work sectors for over fifteen years, he is well known and respected within these sectors. Lennox has consulted with, and developed programmes for organisations such as TBG Learning, Peabody Housing, LB Lambeth, LB Harrow, Viridian Housing, The Cardinal Hume Centre amongst many others. Lennox’s wider experience includes advisor to the directors of Blue Arrow Personnel and also extensive work with Reed Employment advancing one of their most rapidly emerging market sectors. In his role as director of GGT Solutions Lennox is primarily involved in developing welfare to work programmes, teams, clients, processes and systems ensuring that they meet and exceed funder output expectations.

Georgina Thomas - Director

Georgina Thomas worked within the Islington Regeneration and Community Partnership Programme for a number of years. Islington is the eighth most deprived borough nationally.  As the project coordinator, Georgina worked together with the Council to provide local people with a comprehensive range of training and job opportunities. The Work Is team’s main priorities focused on reducing poverty and aimed to reduce worklessness and raise educational attainment, by helping residents to find jobs, improve health, undertake training and make it easier for parents to work by providing affordable childcare. Georgina has extensive knowledge of the voluntary, third and community sectors and also sits on the board of the Quibus Foundation. In her role as director Georgina is responsible for quality, contract management and the overall smooth running of operations. 

Molly Shitta - Marketing and Communications Manager
 
Molly comes from a commercial, customer focused background and her role with GGT Solutions includes planning advertising campaigns, public relations, marketing, organising events, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
